Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, investors, and strategic partners, including private equity firms, venture capitalists, financial institutions, and corporate investors.
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand their financial needs, offer tailored investment solutions, and secure new business.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring long-term client relationships are built on trust and value.
- Foster relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and continued investment in the company’s offerings.
- Investment Proposal & Pitch Development:
- Prepare and present investment proposals, funding strategies, and capital raising opportunities to potential investors and clients.
- Develop detailed business cases, financial models, and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, and operations) to ensure investment proposals meet regulatory requirements and align with client expectations.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Stay informed of developments in the capital funding and investment sectors, including new investment products, regulatory changes, and market shifts.
- Utilize market insights to adapt strategies, improve sales tactics, and respond to client needs proactively.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
- Lead negotiations with clients, investors, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions for capital funding and investment agreements.
- Work closely with legal and financial teams to structure deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards while maximizing value for both the company and clients.
- Oversee the execution of investment agreements, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with client expectations.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, client services, and investment analysts, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

- Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications such as CFA, CIMA, or PMP preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within capital funding, investment banking, asset management, or financial services.
- Proven track record in securing new business, driving revenue growth, and developing successful client relationships.
