Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Social Media Management:

- Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and responding to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives and company objectives.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitor marketing tactics, identify industry best practices, and provide actionable insights to improve the company’s marketing efforts.
- Track customer feedback and sentiment to adjust marketing approaches as needed.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Assist in generating leads through targeted marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
- Help implement lead nurturing strategies using email sequences, follow-ups, and personalized outreach.
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and track conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting:

Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation role.
- Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and analytics tools.

- Skills:
